New warehouse space was created by extending the existing warehouse. New warehouse offices are accommodated in a two-storey L-shaped building forming a courtyard between the warehouses and the new offices. A 10 metre high decorative coloured glass window was designed and fabricated by the architects and installed in the entrance stairwell. To minimise glare and solar heat gain, external electrically operated louvres are incorporated into the south elevation.  

Work to the existing facility included cladding replacement, new recessed dock shelters and the installation of large pivotal electrically operated louvres to reduce solar gain along the south-east elevation, while still allowing generous views to the outside. A new entrance lobby and exterior canopy were designed to protect the entrance to the existing offices.
